Your First Step!
Service Description
All organizing work begins with a required in-home consultation. I do not schedule organizing sessions without it. This session allows me to assess your space, understand how your household and brain actually function, and determine the scope of work before we move forward. We’ll walk through the areas you want support with, identify the biggest friction points, and talk through realistic next steps. This is a working session. It ensures that any future organizing work is effective, respectful of your needs, and appropriately scoped. The consultation fee covers my professional time, travel, and the behind-the-scenes planning required to prepare accurate recommendations and product suggestions (if needed). Organizing sessions are scheduled only after a consultation has been completed.
Cancellation Policy
If you received an invoice for your session, it must be paid 24 hours prior to your first session. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your session. Should you forget or need to cancel last minute, there will be a $75 late cancellation fee applied.
